As part of the BTS 2021 FESTA, the BTS members released a video called ARMY Corner Store, which is full of conversation. Choosing a keyword and recounting their memories of it, BTS members talked about the first song that came to mind when they said Two! Three!” and a memory that was important to them and their fans.
Suga stated that they went through a lot of hardships in their time and ARMY is always with them in these difficult days. Suga said:
“We had a tough time, but ARMY was hurt too. We had to protect ourselves against all the pressure, and ARMY put up with it with us. I feel like this song has become a secret code for ARMY and us.”
Regarding the hard times they went through, RM said that some years were tough for BTS, and stated that it helped them become who they are today. RM said:
“Now I feel like we can talk about it and I’m thinking. Those three years, 2015, 2016, 2017, were tough for us and our fans, and there were a lot of people who hated us. ARMY tried so hard to protect us and while we were producing content and doing other things. “We tried harder than anyone else. When I look back on those three years, it means a lot to me.”
Hence “Two! Three!” song means a lot to BTS members…
