After the news that BLACKPINK’s Lisa has contracted COVID-19, fellow member Rosé has canceled their upcoming schedule.
Korean media outlet Star News conducted an investigation into the matter and reported that Rosé was in close contact with a positive COVID-19 case. At this point, it was not yet known that the contact was Lisa. Later, with YG Entertainment‘s official statement, it was known that the members were not legally classified as close contacts but would still observe all necessary social distancing and self-quarantine.
The other 3 members of BLACKPINK have not yet been deemed as close contacts but as soon as Lisa received positive test results, they underwent the PCR test and are waiting for the results.

As of November 24, 2021, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé are still awaiting PCR test results.
Rosé has reportedly canceled her upcoming show at Hyundai Seoul Mall. Tiffany&Co was scheduled to attend the brand pop-up event on November 25, but had to cancel due to the current situation.
According to South Korean health officials, after someone is deemed to have been in close contact for COVID-19, unvaccinated citizens will have to self-isolate for 10 days, while vaccinated people can be exempted if their PCR test results are negative.
