TWICE officially released their latest song Cry For Me on December 18, 2020. However, before the track was officially released, TWICE members had already performed a magnificent Cry for Me performance at MAMA 2020 award ceremony held on December 6, 2020. Today, on the other hand, TWICE have released the choreography dance video for Cry for Me. Meanwhile, JYP Entertainment did not release MV for Cry For Me, while an audio video called Cry For Me (Official Audio) and a concept movie titled Cry For Me (Concept Film) were released on the TWICE’s YouTube channel.

Let’s first recall the 2020 Asian Music Awards performance, where TWICE presented the highly anticipated “Cry for Me” to its fans for the first time:

The dance choreography in the performance video of the “Cry For Me” dance video released today (December 19, 2020) is same with the choreography of their performance at MAMA 2020. However, while they preferred dark-colored costumes in MAMA, this time they are covered in whites from head to toe. You can enjoy the choreography dance video harboring soft rhythms of the song and perfect synchronization of TWICE members:

The lyrics of the song Cry For Me talk about a crazy lover trying to hold on to a difficult lover and then falling in love with himself and leaving the previous one. TWICE girls cry out: “I want you to cry for me as I cry”. It turns out towards the end of the song that the crazy girl who wants her boyfriend to cry is actually still suffering from love. A beautiful song written and composed for the heartbroken who seeks revenge.

It looks like the month December will be full of “Cry For Me” events for TWICE. We can easily expresses that TWICE closes the year 2020 with a beautiful and a successful song.
