SEVENTEEN was nominated in the “Top Social Artist” category at the Billboard Music Awards to be held this year.
SEVENTEEN members reacted very well when their candidacy was announced. Seungkwan even sent a heart right away. Following the announcement of their nomination, SEVENTEEN members shared their feelings in an online interview with Tetris Kelly of Billboard. Joshua thanked his fans, the CARATs, talking about his excitement in being a finalist for the awards.
Joshua: “It is a great moment for us and I really want to thank our CARATs for giving us this moment. We have been nominated with great artists, so we are really happy and excited.”
Vernon: “This happened thanks to CARATs.”
Host Tetris Kelly asked SEVENTEEN members how it felt to come to America recently and perform on giant shows like Ellen DeGeneres, Jimmy Fallon and Kelly Clarkson. SEVENTEEN members expressed their satisfaction. Joshua said it even doesn’t feelreal. SEVENTEEN members have been dreaming of this ever since they debuted.
