After the music video was released, the company released a teaser for the music video, and fans were able to see the choreography as well as listen to part of the track. Aespa had always been known for her magnificent dances, and this was to be expected.

While many continue to praise the teaser and the choreography, many netizens are starting to find similarities with other K-Pop dances.

In particular, many netizens believed that he copied the choreography of BLACKPINK‘s How You Like That and ITZY‘s Not Shy. Given how big the groups were, many thought the choreographer made some of the moves on purpose.

But netizens quickly realized that it was “recycling” rather than stealing, as Kiel Tutin, the man who created the aespa dance, is also the choreographer of BLACKPINK and ITZY‘s songs.

After realizing what had happened, many took to social media to express their views on the matter.

It wasn’t long before the choreographer saw the comments and covered the issue on her Instagram story. In her post, she states that it was only used in the original choreographic version of Not Shy.

Along with many artists and choreographers, he explained that there will always be some level of similarity in choreography due to the breadth of the industry and the fact that companies have to satisfy what they think fans want.

But unfortunately, netizens have previously found similarities between Savage concept photos and photos by both British designer James Merry and Japanese illustrator Hajime Sorayama.

However, netizens were quick to emphasize that this accusation and criticism should not be placed on the group. Because aespa has no choice in choosing choreography.
