CNBC Indonesia has named BTS Jungkook as the most popular K-pop idol worldwide in their “Google Worldwide 100 Most Searched K-pop Idols”. BTS Jungkook is ranked #1 on the recently released “100 Most Wanted K-pop Idols on Google Worldwide for 2021 (Mid-Year Chart)”. The data was obtained by looking at Google Trends in a 6-month period from January 1, 2021 to June 28, 2021. Jungkook has been at the top of the list for the past 5 years according to Google Trends. He has been the most searched K-pop idol in the world’s largest search engine for 5 years (2017-2021).

The chart is getting a lot of media attention as it is one of the most reliable and transparent tools for measuring the popularity of individual K-pop idols. The top 10 most searched K-Pop idols on Google are as follows:

Jungkook has several other social media titles besides Google.
