Vincenzo is a romance, crime and comedy themed tvN series and it will first air on Netflix on February 20, 2020. The producer company of Vincenzo is Studio Dragon and the writer is Park Jae Bum. It will be directed by Kim Hee Won, director of the dramas Money Flower , Glamorous Temptation and Fated to Love You. Vincenzo, each episode will last 60 minutes, and a total of 16 episodes will be aired. Vincenzo will start streaming on tvN before Netflix. Episodes of the series will be uploaded to Netflix each Saturday and Sunday respectively.
Vincenzo’s starring role is Vincenzo Casano / Park Joo Hyung, starring Song Joong Ki. Other actors will be Jeon Yeo Bin as Hong Cha Young, Taecyeon as Jang Jun Woo, Yoo Jae Myung as Hong Yoo Chan, and Kwak Dong Yeon as Jang Jun Woo.
The Subject of Vincenzo
Vincenzo Cassano, whose Korean name is Park Joo Hyung, was adopted by an Italian family at the age of eight. Growing up in Italy, Vincenzo becomes a mafia lawyer and counselor years later. Due to the wars between the mafia, Vincenzo is forced to return to South Korea. Upon returning to South Korea, Vincenzo meets and falls in love with Hong Cha Young, a passionate lawyer who takes nothing to win cases. In the drama, we will see Taecyeon, the main rapper of 2 PM, as the smart and hardworking Jun Woo, who is an intern at the law firm.
Although the trailer of the series appears on thriller and murder, the Vincenzo k-drama is actually a black humor.
