Good News from Suga

suga return

BTS Suga had a shoulder surgery just before BTS’s latest album “BE” was released, and has been trying to recover from all BTS activities for two months. According to the good news we received today, Suga is done with the two-months of the rest period and will soon be participating in BTS activities.

According to statements from BTS’s agency Big Hit Entertainment, Suga will now be able to return to his performances. As doctor’s recommendation, Suga can perform, but he needs to stay away from aggressive choreography for a while.

Suga made an update on his health in his last VLIVE. He stated that he had removed the supportive band (shoulder girdle) from his shoulder but still had difficulty raising his arm to 90 degrees as he feels pain when doing that. Suga said: “I continue to receive rehabilitation therapy. I do various arm exercises to improve my range of motion. I think I’m getting better slowly.”

One last good news is that at Big Hit Labels’ “2021 New Year’s Eve Live”, BTS will perform as a full group, i.e. as OT7! However, Suga’s choreography will be lightened in such a way that it does not affect or disturb the healing process of his shoulder and shoulder.

Those who miss Suga, raise their hands!
