Everyone loves BTS V’s Squid Game costume… including Netflix!
During the third show of four PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE concerts in Los Angeles, V surprised ARMY by donning a guard costume from the hit Netflix K-Drama Squid Game.
Just like in Squid Game, he wore the full costume, including a mask with a square on it.
While it’s always fun to watch him on stage, V was on a whole new level with his costume! Hype delighted ARMYs with his dance moves, microphone flips, and admirably chaotic energy.
V’s Squid Game costume became so popular that the terms “Squid Game” and “Taehyung” became a worldwide trend during and after the concert, and photos and videos of him in costume were shared all over social media.
Of course, news of V’s iconic appearance has reached Netflix! Netflix tweeted about V’s costume and they even retweeted fan photos.

Netflix tweeted that they were “living” for the BTS and Squid Game mix, even though they thought V was too handsome to cover his entire face with a mask!
