We think this month has been home buying month for K-Pop idols. RM, after Jimin, we just found out that IU bought herself a penthouse apartment worth $11.7 million (wow!). According to the report, IU’s new flat is located in Eterno Chungdam, in Seoul city. The house, whose construction has not been completed yet, will be finished in December 2022. IU applied to this district to have her residency taken. It seems that IU will be living here once this house is completed. The house on the 10th floor was 243 square meters. IU sold her villa in Bangbaedong, where she lived for 7 years, in 2019.
