EXO D.O. (Do Kyung Soo) will play the lead role in the Korean production of the Taiwan-based romantic movie Secret. Filmmaker Hive Media Corp has announced that D.O. will join the film crew in the Korean production of the film, which will be directed by Seo Yoo Min and starred by Jay Chou and Gwei Lun Mei in Taiwan at the time.
Secret is a fantasy-romance movie about a woman who plays a mysterious song in an old piano study that is planned to be demolished, a piano genius whose paths cross and a love story unfolds.
Do Kyung Soo will play the male lead in the role of Ye Xianglun, played by Jay Chou. D.O. has already consolidated his presence as one of Korea’s next-generation actors with his acting skills in successful films such as Swing Kids, Along with the Gods and Brother. He is also working on a movie called The Moon. The Korean movie Secret is scheduled to begin shooting in the second half of 2021. The leading actress will be determined after the auditions.
