ENHYPEN achieved the biggest sales of recent times as a K-Pop group with their album “BORDER: Transient” released in Japan. About 6 years ago, only EXO could reach such a sales figure. HYBE’s rookie K-Pop boy group ENHYPEN released their first Japanese single album on July 6. The album sold thousands of copies as soon as it was released. As of July 11, 2021, 5 days after their album release, ENHYPEN broke the record as a K-Pop boy group making their Japanese debut on the Oricon Chart.

ENHYPEN’s “BORDER: Transient” Japanese album topped the Oricon Chart with 5,556 copies sold. In fact, ENHYPEN surpassed the sales of its own album “BORDER: CARNIVAL” with its Japanese album. ENHYPEN’s Japanese debut album “BORDER: Transient” sold a total of 195,637 copies between July 6 and 11, 2021.

ENHYPEN has surpassed the sales figure of 146,892 for EXO’s Japanese debut album “LOVE ME RIGHT”. ENHYPEN’s Japanese debut album “BORDER: Transient” became the fourth generation K-Pop male idol group to reach high sales on the Oricon Chart.
