ENHYPEN has been the center of attention since its debut on November 30, 2020. An interview with ENHYPEN’s Jay for Weverse Magazine focused on their debut and feelings after debuting. Jay received an unexpected question about how he felt in his angry and shy moments.

Commenting on the reporter, who said during the interview that Jay’s parents looked like cheerful people on the show, Jay responded: “I have a friendly relationship with my family. The way my mother spoke on the show was extremely straightforward. My parents and I are very honest and straightforward. For example, whatever you think about me. Even at I-LAND, I wasn’t that different from when I was a trainee. I just thought I wanted to do a good show every week, and that way I showed my honest side. ”

The reporter then asked Jay, what would you do in his angry, sad, and shy moments.

Jay stated that he would be honest no matter what the situation. The reporter reminded Jay that he was following “BTS’s advice”. BTS advised the ENHYPEN members: “Enjoy your embarrassing moments” :)

“Absolutely. I don’t care anymore. I ignore it. There is no way to undo the action. Even if I die, the images that can embarrass me will continue to surf the Internet like my ghost. So I stopped worrying”

One of Jay’s sad moments in I-Land was not being able to select and sing the parts he wanted in the song. The messenger now asks how is the situation, can you get the parts you want:

Jay’s reply is: “Yes. I really like my parts and for the hook part in the choir, Sunghoon and I are almost the same and repetitive. In fact, for Sunghoon’s part, I was dancing and on my part Sunghoon was dancing. But, then it was decided to change the choreography. The first version was not bad either, but I think the changed version suits both of us much better. “

Jay emphasizes that he is clearly not bothered by moments of feeling anxious, angry or excited, and he takes 100 percent of BTS‘s advice on this issue.
