BTS’s English hit songs “Butter” and “Permission To Dance” are vying for the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song “Butter” was at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for seven weeks in a row. BTS continued to release new songs one after another and released the song “Permission To Dance”. “Permission To Dance” peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, taking the crown from “Butter”.

After its release on July 9, “Permission To Dance” managed to sell 15.9 million broadcasts and 1.1 million radio broadcasts and 140,100 downloads in the US as of the week ending July 15.
