Rosé says that “the comparison with a band whose contribution to pop culture and music is very intense and enormous is honorary”, but she also adds that “we never thought of ‘let’s be this or that”.
“Music doesn’t always come from the UK or the United States. It is global, it is from Asia, and it can emanate from most random places you can imagine. I am proud that we all come from different parts of the world.”
With full talent and hard work, they overcome language and cultural barriers, one song at a time, one performance.
“We have no limits when it comes to work these days,” Jennie said. “Even in our free days, we’re usually on the studio recording.”
